Right of withdrawal and return

The right of withdrawal and right of return is valid for 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act and is calculated from the day you received the product. This means that day 1 is the day the product is in your mailbox or you have been notified that the product is available for collection at your postal agent. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered products in addition to the regular range. In other words, this means order goods that we do not have in stock but which are ordered for you after you as a customer have placed the order. Ordered goods are marked with the text "ordered goods" and possibly the delivery time. If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, not including delivery costs (but not counting extra delivery costs as a result of you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the item, whichever occurs first.

You must return the product to us without undue delay and at least no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before this fourteen-day period has expired. You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the item upon return. If you choose this option, we will without delay confirm on a durable medium that we have received your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Depreciation deduction when exercising the right of withdrawal
If you have handled the products more than is necessary to examine them and the handling has caused the products to decrease in value (for example, the value of the products may decrease through wear and tear), you are liable to Sotsoba Bilstyling HB for reasonable depreciation. Level 2. - If the product shows a noticeable wear or deterioration, such as obvious scratches or damage: 40% in depreciation deductions.

Level 3. - If the product shows damage to the product that affects the product's function: 60% in depreciation deduction.

Level 4. - If the product shows severe damage to the product and / or severe wear or deterioration of the product: 80% in depreciation deduction.

Level 5. - If the product is in such a condition that it is judged to be unsaleable or that a repair is not economically defensible: 100% in depreciation deduction.

Damage to the product packaging

In the event that the product packaging is missing or shows such damage that it cannot be reused: 30% in depreciation deductions.

Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal with the support of the Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises:

-Products that risk being destroyed, consumed or significantly deteriorated during the withdrawal period.

Guarantee

1) Should a delivered item show visible materials or manufacturing defects, the customer must complain to us about these defects within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We are not responsible for transport damage. We offer a 1 year warranty on all our exhaust systems.

(2) Due to technical technical reasons, small deviations from the images on the products in the online store cannot be completely avoided (e.g. product color intensity). The above-mentioned case does not give any right to a claim.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
